I just found out that we've got reservations for lunch at Club 33 on the 7th! :yay:  Has anyone been there lately? What can I expect? :confused3 I've heard that there are dress code updates, what are they?

No sandals without a backstrap, no shorts or capris after 3pm. You best bet is to ask your benefactor for the dress code as they can tell you what they expect. They will also tell you about the new rules on picking up the complimentary tix.

That's the thing... I don't even know my benefactor! Eek! But I do love them forever, whoever they are! This is literally a friend of my husband's co-worker's wife... yeah, did you follow that? LOL. Our reservations are late morning and we're meeting the co-worker and his wife there (and leaving our 3 year old at DTD with my mom & aunt! Woohoo!) I just don't trust my husband completely to get all the correct info and figured I'd ask here first...

Here is the standard info we get when our reservations are confirmed.

"NO FLIP FLOPS AT ANY TIME
LUNCH: Fashionable casual attire, however, NO tank tops, cutoffs, swimsuits, bare midriffs, sweatpants or beachwear. Walking length shorts and jeans are OK provided the cover undergarments and are not faded or torn.

DINNER: Gentlemen: Collared shirts and trousers are required.
Women: Informal dresses, or pants with blouse.
Shorts or short pants are not acceptable at dinner for men or women
"

Also, we have seen a woman in a top with spaghetti straps asked to change, I believe it falls under "tank tops". Short pants = Capris. (I have specifically asked.)
And "flip flops" are defined as not having a heel strap.

Thanks so much! We're leaving for San Diego on Friday, so I guess I get to go shopping this week! Woohoo!

Have a great time and happy shopping too!

I didn't know our benefactor personally, but I'm so grateful that she up our reservation last January for my DH birthday. It was everything we thought it would be and such a special way to end our Panama cruise trip.

My benefactor forwarded the dress code to me, but nothing was said about new rules on picking up tickets.

Can you enlighten me?
