Can anyone that has been to Chefs de France lately fill me in on the fixed price menu? I heard that now you have a choice between 2-3 entrees, 2-3 apps, and 2-3 deserts. Is this accurate? Anyone have any more detail?

Also does anyone know what days and times Remy appears?

Thanks so much!!

Remy appears between 12:30 and 6 PM Monday - Saturday.

The fixed price menu is new for this year (previously it was a single selection of three courses) and the unofficial sites don't have it up yet.

You can order the new one on the regular dining plan and get an appetizer but you must stick to the fixed price menu - no substitutions allowed.

Thank you for the information! Hopefullysomeone will be able to update the menu prior to when we leave on our trip, otherwise I will bring it back to share myself!

Yeah, this has been a hangup for us, too, since the most recent one I can find is several months old. We were gonna do OOP apps anyway, but if there is a 3-course option I like, then I'm in.

Haven't been to chefs in years and we're doing it next month...looking forward to the updated menus!

We are going for lunch on June 30th to celbrate DDs HS graduation. She picked this restaurant. It's a family favorite. I didn't know about the menu change. Sounds good. If anyone finds out please update us. If no update before I get home in July, I'll try to remember to update!:goodvibes

Yes, there was a choice, not just the one set meal shown on all of the online menus. I'll do my best to remember what we saw (last week).

Apps: Choice of French Onion Soup, some kind of salad, don't remember if there was a 3rd option.

Entrees: Baked penne & cheese (homemade, rich, adult mac & cheese), croc monsieur (grilled ham & cheese sandwich), don't remember if there was a 3rd option...

Desserts: creme brulee or some kind of chocolate thing (we tried one of each).

Sorry I can't be more specific, but I figured I could give you some information at least. We had the soup & pasta and both desserts and it was all fantastic!:)

Hope this helps!

Was this at lunch or dinner? Wonder if they have a different menu for each?:confused3

The lunch menu, which includes appetizer, entree and desert is as follows:
App: french onion soup or lobster bisque
Entree: mac and cheese, ham and cheese sandwhich, or ham and cheese quiche. Salad is included with them.
Deserts: creme brulee or portiferloes(creme puff with ice creme inside and chocolate sauce on top!

Thank you! That's what we were offered! I just couldn't remember...

can you get the fixed price menu on the regular dining plan?

Thats what I have heard! Thank you so much to the PP who were able to provide specifics about the menu. We are planning to go for dinner but this gives me a great idea about what the selections might be. Thanks again!!:thumbsup2

We went there last night for dinner. It is on the DDP, you get 3 choices of app, entree and dessert. Here are pictures of what we ate.

Awesome! Those pics look delish! What did you think of it? The french onion soup and short ribs look so yummy!

Thank you, I thought it was all very good. There was a lot of food in each of the 3 courses.

I liked the menu, but was bummed about no appy on the DDp. This way we can sample more items when we're there in June. The photos look great!

We had the prix fixe menu for dinner, also. We all got the french onion soup which was really hot and delicious, and I don't normally like french onion soup. As an entree, I had the chicken, which was also delicious, and my husband got the short ribs, which he really enjoyed, though I tried them and the sauce just wasn't my thing. The profiteroles for dessert were good, too.
