If so, did you happen to notice if they had the A to Z mysteries book set (26 books), Author is Ron Roy?
Does anyone know if they have the "stuff" that they sell at the book fairs besides books, ie the pencils, erasers etc?
thanks

I am going to a sale tomorrow...I will check for you. What age group is the set usually found in?
Do you have to be in education to attend? Or are they open to the public.
Thanks.
Well, I for one just went to my last Scholastic Warehouse sale. I've gone many times over the past several years and the days of the $1 deals seem to be over. At least at my warehouse. They have tons of stuff 50% off (but not the titles I was looking for - and I didn't see any A to Z BTW), but their new thing is the $40 box in the scratch and dent area. Instead off all the great bargains for $1 or $2, you have to fill a box for a flat $40. Which would be okay if I thought the box was big enough or there was a wide enough selection. But everything is just put in giant boxes you have to sort through (which increases the damage). I used to stock up on the kits and other items which made great birthday presents and at this sale I couldn't find a single bargain under $5! I hope for the rest of you that this is just the trend at my local ware house and not nationwide.
