I'll never understand why any parent would want to risk the safety of their child

Height restrictions are there for very good reasons
Defo!

There was a woman shouting her head off at the nemo ride..because her daughter wasn't big enough, they said to her that next year she could go on, the woman made a right idiot of herself and you could hear her a mile off!
Last year my daughter wanted to go on RnR but she was 2mm too short, she was gutted but the lovely CM gave her a certificate saying next time she could do it. She went on and on about it all holiday about wanting to go on and it was getting really boring trust me!!

About 2 days later she said she might have grown so she ran over to the ride (no queque) to get them to check

But you know what they let her on!!!

I was expecting them to turn her back so I could kinda say 'told you so'!!

I decided to go on with her as her dad was looking after DS....You know the turnstyle bit inside well another CM took her aside and said she needed measured (I was secretly relieved) he came back measured her and said she was ok!.....just about to get on the ride and another CM came over...(talk about the signs not to go on the flippin thing!

)and he measured her again and asked if she had been on before and we said no...He said by all means she could go on because she was tall enough but the ride itself might be too much for her?????? I asked if she would slip out

and they said no she wouldn't even if she was smaller she wouldn't but it would be the fright of the ride???????? By this time Jade was well excited she was getting on and even now I'm chuffed they all checked!!!! I shook all the way round hanging on to her with my heart in my mouth....she LOVED it!!!!
Not once while that was going on did I want to rant and rave at them...I just don't understand some people who feel the need for that, imagine what their kids are thinking eh? 'oh there goes mum off on one again'
