Anyone at PBH club recently - quick question on computers

Hi,
I was trying to find out if PBH had computers with internet access and a printer for guest use? I read here that there is a business center , but also I thought I read in a thread that the club lounge had a computer with printer that club guests could use. We are staying in a club room.
I want to be able to print out an e-ticket for seaworld if I decide to go there and also our return boarding pass.

When I called hotel to ask, they told me there is a business center and there is a charge, but she said nothing in the club? Is that true? Although I'm not sure how confident I am on her answer. I was going to try to call again, but figured I'd try the experts here!

At PBH in club there is a ticket centre/concierge person right outside the club room door. She would probably print anything for you. There are computers right inside the club room but I don't remember if there were printers there.

My DH printed out boarding passes for our flight yesterday using a club level computer. I believe the passes printed at the concierge printer and he had to ask for them.
