Anyone at Aulani on Easter Sunday? Would like info!

Trying to already plan our Easter/Spring Break trip for next year and was hoping to get some insight to anyone who was at Aulani last week for Easter. Specifically, did they have anything special for the kids - Easter egg hunt, could you order Easter baskets, etc? Also, did they offer any type of religious service on the property for Easter Sunday? Thanks so much for any info.

I'm posting an update on our trip last week but I'll answer your question specifically. There was no service on the property. (This bummed me out.) We ate at the dinner buffet on Sunday night and there were bunny shaped desserts. But not a huge amount of attention paid to the holiday.

Thanks so much for the information. That is surprising re not having service with the high Catholic population in Hawaii and that Disney typically offers a service at Disney World on property somewhere. Also surprising re no Easter egg hunt etc. Thanks again!

When we were there for Easter this year, I did not see anything about an Easter egg hunt and I never saw any around (my kids were 7 & 5 so would have been nice). We found a local church via Google and went there for mass and then had the brunch on site (cannot recall the name of the restaurant) so it was a similar Easter experience for us. The brunch was very nice and Mickey & Minnie were dressed in Easter-ish attire. When we flew in from the airport we stopped at the Target on the way to buy supplies for the week and had my husband take the kids to the car before we were checking out and then bought a bunch of Easter supplies (eggs, candy, etc) and hid them around the room.
