Anyone as depressed as I was by Celebrity Mole?

Don't think anyone has yet posted about last nights episode.

Let me start off by saying that the Mole was my absolute favorite TV show. I am not that big into watching TV, but would always be home (or tape it) to watch the new episode the last two seasons it has aired.

This new "twist" to the show just plain sucks. Where is my Anderson? Amahd Rashad (sp?) is like the proverbial hasbeen TV host of a ton of going no where shows. And the "stars?" While far from total obscurity, they certainly are not the most interesting bunch. Good thing they put Kathy on there for at least a little humor, even if she can grate on your nerves. I can only hope that this is just a filler show for this season, and they will see from viewer response that the original Mole needs to come back on the show. If I were to be forced to make a guess based on last night as to who I think the Mole is...I will say Fredrique, but again, who could even get a glimpse of information from their stale, stagnant portrayals. This season will undoubtedly suck, but I will no doubt be glued to the TV watching it, if only to pay tribute to the former show which was and still could be (in future years) my favorite!!

I LOVE The Mole, not to mention Anderson. This is a poor copy of it and I hope they bring back the REAL Mole.

Never watched the Mole - but I watched this show last night. If it stays on at the same time, it looks like I can go to bed early on Wednesday nights! B-O-R-I-N-G!!!!!

It stunk. I really missed Anderson and the normal version!!
The celebs are trying way too hard to act deceptive. Who was that Erik Von something guy? Kim Coles is the only one I enjoyed watching.

Anderson is gone.. CNN told him he could no longer work for ABC doing mole if he still wanted his CNN Job. I agree Ahmad is awful.

Erik Von Detten was in Princess Diaries he played the Blonde boater kid who the Princess had a crush on.

I was very dissapointed. This show is so uninteresting! Blech! I have to agree with whoever said they think the Mole is that Fredrique (whoever that is).

I sure hope the network realizes what a gem they had and bring it back, for real, soon!

The celebrity version was soooo boring..I for one won't be watching another episode of this..bring back the original Mole with REAL people!

I agree with all of you. The "B" list celebrities they have are boring, and Corbin Bernson really got on my nerves. He made such a huge deal out of the scratch on his arm. You could see that once the blood was cleaned up it was a fairly small scratch. The other one that got on my nerves was Stephen Baldwin. He just doesn't seem too bright. Ahmad was also boring and didn't even look enthusiastic about being there. The whole show was a huge disappointment.

I dozed off, it was so boring. I'm very disappointed they didn't bring back the "original" version with Anderson.

I absolutely agree with you ladies. I watched that "show" last night and I was practically mortified. It was awful and I cannot stand Stephen Baldwin, he just looks stupid. And Ahmad Rashad has to stick to Real TV or something.

I only watched parts of the show because I also thought it was terrible. Anderson was a wonderful host. His intelligence made The Mole such an interesting show to watch. I was looking forward to see "celebrities" compete, but "regular" people would have been much more entertaining.

I have to agree. Besides the fact they are all actors and anyone of them could be the mole and we wouldn't have anyway to guess who it really is. Keep the celebs on Fear factor and bring back the real mole!
