Anyone a tax preparer?

I have a question about a tax form I received and can not locate any info on the internet about it. Could you help with a few simple questions?

I used to be, years ago... but here's a few resources for you..

www.turbotax.com (try a search on the name of the form 1099-INT or whatever)...

What's the tax form?

It's a 1099A.

Paid preparer? No. But I do 4-5 tax returns a year (for family, mostly).

1099A is for Acquisition or Abandonment of Secured Property -- does that sound like something you had in the past year?
