From what I have read, they are not doing the usual 20% public code. You have to get an individual code from an actual employee. They will then be sending individual codes to VIB's in November. Also, be aware that someone on Facebook or twitter cracked the code and many random codes are used up.

I was only buying my make-up once a year from Sephora during the F&F sale. I was $30 away from being a VIB. When I saw they weren't doing the F&F sale this year, I just went to Tarte's website and used their 15% off code. I use mostly their make-up anyways.
