Anybody used websites like Gift Card Granny???

I am looking at a savings of about $40.00.
I don't think that any additional 'fees' are added at payment.

Have any of you bought e-certificate gift cards from sites like this?
Has it worked out well?

I haven't used Gift Card Granny, but I use a similar site, Raise, frequently. They also run promotiosoften--today was 7 percent off with a maximum discount of $15. Raise has a 365-day guarantee if you do have a problem with a gift card. Problems have been rare in my experience, but refunds were issued promptly the two times my gift cards had a $0 balance.

Through Gift Card Granny, the card(s) that I am looking at are E-cards, sent by email... GCG forwarded me to these cards on a site called Gift Card Spread.
Just makes me nervous, only getting this by email... and never having done this before.
