Anybody use FL Tours?

What was your experience like? This is a super special trip (although when isn't it when you are at Disney?) and I wanted to hire a car for airport to resort and back.
Also- if you have used them, which grocery store do they take you to?

We used FL TOURS and we were happy with their service. They were at the airport when we arrived and picked us up at the Hotel right on time. We did not do a grocery stop, so I can't comment on that. Have a great trip!!

We have used Fl Tours the last 3 times we went to WDW and will use them again in January. They were there on time both legs of our trip, the cars were clean and the drivers very, very nice.

We used FL tours a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience both ways. We stopped at a Publix for groceries. The driver was prompt and courteous. I will use them again next time.

We used them for our last trip and I would use them again if we weren't using ME.

The driver was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator for baggage claim, with a sign that said "The Peterson Family". My children were delighted to think that they were getting special treatment! The driver told me and the girls to wait on the side, while he went with my husband to help him get the luggage. He was parked right outside of baggage claim, so we didn't have far to go with the luggage. Again, he was very helpful with it.

The cars were very clean, and didn't smell at all. I have a problem with smells and car rides, so that is important to me. I tend to get car sick with overwhelming scents. We stopped at a grocery store (not sure which one) on the way to Disney. There appeared to be several of us shopping for our stay.

When it was time to leave, they were very prompt. We didn't have any problems. I would definitely use them again. Until we got free dining, I was considering it, just for the grocery stop. Once we got FD, we decided to forego the grocery stop and just put a few snacks in our luggage.

Glad to hear good reports. We used them for years and sang their praises, but they left us stranded at the airport last fall. Their phone was being answered by someone claiming to be running a taxi service. Once he found out we hadn't prepaid for our ressie he claimed he knew nothing about FLT. (this was late on a Friday) We ended up having to find a taxi for the 5 of us. My emails when we returned were never answered. I really enjoyed the conveniece of them, and I'm willing to try again now that I hear others have used them recently.
