Anybody out there playing Pokemon Colliseum?

My DH and DS are playing this game(for about a month now) and they're stuck at one particular point and need help. DH has searched the internet and posted questions on gaming message boards and can't find anyone who's beaten the game and can help.

He says they're stuck "after Lady Venus leaves the Under" whatever that means.

Can anybody offer any assistance?

My ds(8) has just got the game and he says he hasn't got there yet. We do have the strategy guide and I have found the section that talks about Lady Venus and the under.....if you can give me more info I can look it up for you.

This is from my 9 yr old , hope it helps....

There is a key by the train in the under and you have to use it to get the subway going and then you run into two guys and they follow them into a room and find a way to get across the gap in the floor when they blow the room up.

However he is stuck at the same place so don't know if it is much help. Have they tried the player's guides? You can get them directly from Nintendo (get a "subscription" to the magazine and it should be "free") or at Toys R Us.

According to the strategy guide the guards that are running away have dropped a key to the maingate behind them. Exit room and head right, pick up U-Disk, board train and use subway key on the right console to move train back. Exit train and head up huge stairwell, at the top head back down the hall along the north wall but take the door south and head up the nearby stairs. Once you're back in the under use the U-Disk at the UFO to head up and collect a time flute.

You can now enter the under colosseum but beware the first round of trainers have pokemon in the mid to upper 50's.

I have know idea what I just said--hope this means something useful!!!!

They neeeded to find the key. They have now found the key and have moved on to more battles and things

I have no idea what I'm talking about....I'm just relaying what they said and they are both very, very happy because DS has been stuck in this spot for about a week or two.

Glad we could help--even though I have no idea what it all means.

When my ds goes into his lengthy pokemon discussions my eyes glaze over and my head starts to spin...I've tried to be interested but it really is another language.
