Anybody Looked At Mousesavers This Morning

I too hope its free dining, but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I'm guessing it'll just be like $50 off a package or something. We'll be there Dec 4-12.

If it's dining plan, I am going to see if I can swing a trip. We can get overflow rates from SOG, sometimes they are pretty good, or so I have heard.

I don't think you can get the free dining (or paid dining) if you use the overflow rates. I thought they had to be rack rates. At least that was what another person posted when they first offered it.

I don't remember the details the last time a 7 for 4 was offered....but how does it work if you are staying 8 nights? Will they turn that into an 8 for 5???

I've also got a AAA room only discount for early December (staying at the Poly). I'm sending good thoughts as well for *anything* that will save more money!!!!! (Bought our tickets last year before the MYW tickets went into effect). Here's hoping....!

Maybe I'm not thinking straight (with all this excitement!!!), but wouldn't you still save money by taking a 7 nights for 4, and then just leaving the room empty one night? After all, you'd be paying for 4 instead of 6...

No, you are right and we probably would do something like that. Especially considering that our plane lands on our first day at 6 in the morning, so it would be nice to have our room waiting!

I wonder what the harm would be in making some more ADRs now just in case it is dining?

I also hope it's not the "stay 7 for the price of 5" offer like they had last year. We did take advantage of that last Nov and took my DMIL with us and it saved a lot. This year we're going for 3 nights Nov 2-5 before our 7 night DCL. I already have the plane tickets and can't do any changes without being charged major fees by UAL and I'm sure the Magic won't wait an extra day in port for us! I wouldn't mind free dining or kids stay/play free. We're booked at the POFQ and I would love to upgrade to the WL and only have to pay maybe $100 extra. I hope we don't have to wait until Monday. I've been checking my computer every 15-20 minutes and this is driving me crazy .

Just call me disgruntled We can only go mid October with no dining discounts, no AP discounts and even the Mickey's party is blacked out that week so no discounts there either! If it wasn't for AAA and mousesavers, we wouldn't have saved anything!

One question...
If we have a DU agent, will they know what the deal is before we find out about it on MouseSavers?

Just to answer your question--yes your DU agent will know about it, and will automatically take care of applying it to any existing reservation you have.
