I bet it's nothing that would make a persons BRP go lower. We have the BRP for Nov. 29-Dec.6.

Just call me disgruntled We can only go mid October with no dining discounts, no AP discounts and even the Mickey's party is blacked out that week so no discounts there either! If it wasn't for AAA and mousesavers, we wouldn't have saved anything!

So I hope it's a big fat misprint

In the same boat here, plus we are a group of 7 adults with no kids, so any "kids stay/play free" wouldn't help us either!

Oh well, you never know...we could get a nice surprise.

We have a rate at WL the is comperable to Best Rate through my agent who is running aspecial rate the first week in December. She just emailed saying she was waiting for confirmation and they we can ***** if it was worth it to switch. She also said she was fairly certain it wouldn't be free dining too....

Anyone think this will happen today? I REALLY need to go to work, but am afraid to leave, because then I will miss it for sure!

My package is through AAA, so will even be able to take advantage of this new offer? (my final payment is still 3+ weeks away)

I also booked my trip through AAA and was told by my TA that if Disney comes out with any codes, I can apply them to my trip!!! I would just have to call her and give her the code.

Oh wow......I just got home from work and saw this!!!! I have a package booked for just 3 nights with dining in December! I hope this is something I will be able to use!!! I am crawling out of my skin waiting this one out!!

The current PIN promotion is for November 1 and November 18 and between November 27 and December 25, 2005. Basically you get value season rates for all dates. The dates that are already value dates aren't discounted at all.

I'm not holding my breath waiting for something like free dining. The free dining promotion was a PIN deal first.

Well, I will have to enjoy the suspense vicariously through the rest of you.
We have booked BRP using two reservations (regular season is crossing over to value during our stay), so that's two desposits we would lose if we cancel our BRP. I'm not sure anything new would be worth cancelling BRP and losing a couple hundred dollars at this point, but you never know... you just never know. I have held off purchasing DGS' theme park ticket. I was going to order it, but now I'll wait to see what the big surprise is going to be all about and who knows... who knows...

I too was hoping for free dining but now it seems like the chances of that are nil. So....what could it be? Free tickets? Half priced rooms? Will it be BETTER than free dining or are we talking an empty gesture meant to appease the disgruntled winter season vacationers? I mean, winter IS considered value season, yet all the GREAT offers are nonexistent during this period. I just can't imagine, beyond free dining and 7/4, what could be offered that can compare. Does anyone recall other package deals in the past? I'm not familiar with "package" discounts...is this a new thing? What have those crafty little imagineers come up with this time?

Well, I'm feeling selfish (as another poster said) but I hope it's NOT free dining. We already have dining on our package and I ASSURED my parents that their one and only trip to the World would be virtually empty, etc

We already have ADRs, but I would hate to spend a December in Disney with CROWDS!! Isn't that why all of us going those weeks are planning these trips?

I hope it's 7/4 (etc)... then we only lose airline fees! Whatever it is though, the suspense is killing me!

Just when I'd given up! Does anyone know what happens if they DO post a package deal/sale but you currently already have a package booked? My 45 days prior comes up Oct 24th, so right now I have only put down my deposit? Would I have to just rebook and cancel the original reservation?
I had given up hope on any deal so went ahead and booked a package with dining!!!!

Does anyone have ANY idea when they think Disney will post this latest deal?? Sitting on pins and needles!!!!

I didn't check mousesavers this morning and instead called and paid off my package as my 45 days is monday which is also my daughters B-day and so I just went ahead and paid up today. I had given up on any other discount at all!! So now that I have done that I wonder if it will be anything I can take advantage of or not. I booked the AAA dining package.

Just can't believe this timing! I could have waited till Monday to pay up but the one day I don't check mousesavers! !!
I had just really given up hope of a discount other then AAA!
I really doubt that it will be the free dining but if it were I wonder if I could change my ressie?! Anyone know?

what was the age limit for the kids. 9-under? Would my 11 year old be considered an adult because of his adult ticket?

When we went in May 2004 I think they had to be 9 or under! Our twins were 9 so we really didn't have an issue. But they just tunred 11 - so it may not help us! Ugh!!
