Anybody Looked At Mousesavers This Morning

I used YQC I wonder if that is the problem. She read it all back like everything was normal and just like the previous ressie I had at All Star MOvies. I am calling back to confirm I have the dining or I need to go back down to value resorts again.

I used YQE and the same exact thing is happening, so I doubt it is the code part. Will you let me know what they say? I hate to clog up the lines even more. My quote would make NO SENSE if it did not include dining. I saved $234.42 overall, so if I added 560 for dining (2A/1C) it would me a lot more than the original rack rate. My CM certainly didn't say dining was free, though!

Dining isn't showing up on mine either - my guess is they haven't finished making the software work for the code to show dining online, given you can't use the code online for booking yet...

OK...... Here's the dining deal and I am scared to death. (This is what they told me.)

YQE IS for free dining. They are booking my reservation with YQE but product development will have to do a few changes with the software to make it work. I think that is why people are saying it will be applied to the reservation.

My Package is:

Wilderness Lodge - 2 adults, 2 juniors, 7 nights, courtyard view, 7 day MYW with hopping, dining. - $2945.00

this price has no discount on the tickets or room, but has free dining which is a savings of about $980.00 for us.

I am a little concerned, but have the CM's name and direct number. She seemed very knowledgable and explained how the whole thing would work. She will also call me later today oin my cell to confirm everything has been corrected.

OK... Now I'm totally freaking out. No one else is saying they are getting free dining or that the CM's have heard about fixing the "YQE" code to include free dining. I'm wondering if my CM really just pulled a fast one. She was soooooooo nice. ughhhhhhhhhh

Okay I did the math and it must include dining because the online POFQ for 7day hoppers is $1720.49 and my airfare was $749, my total on the website reservation is $2774.00 So it would have to include the dining that doesnt show up!

If we had to pay 'rack rate' to get the dining, there is no way we'd eat enough to warrant a change. For some reason, I normally can figure out the discounts but this one just isn't registering this morning...must need more coffee!

11/1 through 11/8 - no dining.

There is no free dining.

The offer is for a discounted package that adds the dining on at regular price.

AFAIK, anyway.

I just called back and was quoted the same price as I did first thing this morning. I save $212 off of my current ressies. There is NO free dining... I was told by 2 different cm's.

I'm going to stop obsessing now! It's been a long week of wondering! I was able to save $212 and I'm thrilled! Heading back to bed!

I used YQE and it is NOT reflecting on my online ressie. I just called and talke to CM Malery Sue and she said my ressie indeed does have dining and to give the online ressie system 24hr to update. She said is should also say something like Nov/Dec special, (or something like that).

I'm sure she applied the right discount - what I said to her was I heard a discount was coming out today and wanted to see whether it could be applied to my reservation - I don't know whether I even said the code to her, she was very onto it and knew what I was talking about immediately. Also, she read out my altered reservation at the end of the phone call and definately said with dining - I'm sure the website thing is just a glitch. I wont call back to check unless someone finds they're missing their dining.

Were you modifying an existing reservation or making a new one?

Hi! I was on hold about 35 minutes. Originally, I had booked a standard room at the POP for 12/3 - 12/11. 8 nights with MYW dining plan and park hoppers for 7 days. This is for 1 adult and 2 kids 11 &12. I had really wanted to upgrade to a moderate (as a special surprise treat for my boys), but prior to this it would have been $498.80 to upgrade to the CBR and I could not justify the additional expense just for the hotel room.

I called and spoke to a nice CM named Gibson and asked if the package discount YQE applied and what it would cost to upgrade to the CBR for the same dates & package features. My new rate is only $138.63 higher than original, so in essence the package saved me $360. This is just awesome news for me!!! Will keep the new resort a surprise for my sons. The Magic has begun!
