Anybody know where to buy an American Smoke Tree?

I've been looking on the net... no luck. And I asked 2 nurseries, and they couldn't help me.

This doesn't sound like something that's commonly in production. I know where you can get the non-native (EVERYwhere, it seems!), but have never seen the native. This link says it's very rare even in nature. http://www.treetrail.net/american_smoketree.html
