Anybody know of a good remedy for a sinus headache?

Do you think being out in the rain for a few minutes caused you to get a sinus infection? For my sinus infections I usually take Tylenol cold and Sinus. Always works for me! (taken with caffiene!)

I always rub Vicks on my forehead and cheekbones when I have a sinus HEADACHE - when I get a sinus INFECTION, I go straight to the doctor - as the pain in very intense and I can't do anything.......

The best way to get rid of your headache - and never have one again - is to stay away from this board.. No matter what you say, there are always people here just waiting to beat up on you..

Is there any particular reason for that? Seems to be a trend..
