Anybody having problems making ressies on the DCL Website?

I am trying to using the www.disneycruise.com website to book my reservations but can't seem to get past the continue button. Has anyone else had problems with it? I can get up to the palo dinner buttons, but when I go to select the night I want dinner, the continue button is stuck on a
javascript:validateForm()
and won't go anywhere. Is anyone else unable to make reservations from this web page?
 
I am not sure if it will make you feel any better to know that I, too, have had NO success making ressies on this new #@$%$#$@ website! :badpc:
What is especially frustrating is hearing all the others on the boards who have had success registering their kids, spa ressies, etc.
I was able to get my Palo and spa ressies only because I booked REAS...glad I did otherwise I would be climbing the wall!
It seems I could book shore excursions...that page is working, although we don't want to. It is the kids club registration page and the spa page that are not working at all for me.
I called Disney to make sure they had my kids counted toward the club numbers and she "made a note" of my troubles. She said they are still working on it. NICE. I am not a website designer but wouldn't it be better to work out the bugs before subjecting your customers to so much frustration!?!
 
Oh no, I can start ressies this Sunday. I hope the bugs are worked out!! Sorry to those of you having trouble!
 
I am having the same problem!! I talked to someone at DCL reservations and she said that I was using the right info.

I also e-mailed them but I have only received a "standard letter". It does say that if my question is not answered in the info sent, that they would be getting back to me.

I tried using both Netscape and IE and had the same result. I go nowhere.
I wonder what folks who were successful did to get it to work.
 
So NOT a computer expert but...did you try just shutting off the computer and restarting? Not saying it will help in this case, but it's helped me out with other things.
 
having the same problem. Won't let me get past the entering of my resv #. Using correct browers but on a MAC, anyone else on a MAC also?
 
I have been trying since Sunday....I am paid in full and a CC members and the site keeps telling me I cannot make ressies yet....very frustrating because I should have been able to make ressies as of 5/22 for the august repo.
 
Make sure that your CC number is listed in your online profile. If it isn't that's your problem. Update your profile to include the number and you should be fine.
 
You have to make sure that DCL has you linked to Castaway Club. My number keeps coming up as invalid when I try to put it in my profile. After several phone calls, and everyone telling me that it is a valid number, it still will not be accepted in my profile. They said the important thing is to make sure they have it linked. I also cannot get the correct birthday in there, but they show the correct one on their end. I was able to make all of my ressies over the span of MANY hours on Sunday. My only problem is I want to reduce my number of people on my Palo ressie for dinner, but now am afraid to cancel it, because you cannot see what is available until you do. So, I have room for 2 on August 27th at 6pm if anyone needs a spot.
 
DCL has noted my CC number on my ressie from day one of booking and it is listed in my profile....obviously somewhere along the line there is a problem so back on the phone to DCL.
 
It is VERY frustrating. On Sunday, my neighbor couldn't get past the ressie number thing, and I was able to do mine from her computer, then we would switch back to her log-in, and couldn't do hers. My stuff was actually easier to retreive from her computer then mine. It also would not allow me to authorize my kids to check themselves out of the lab, even though I kept checking the correct box. Good luck to you all!
 
I've been able to do all spa and Palo ressies - but it bombs out when I try excursion ressies.
 
Ok...finally found out what the problem was at the website and why I could not book anything even though I should have been able to.

I called DCL and they said yes you are paid in full and we see that you have cruised before (13 times)....then she says....oh, wait, your TA never told us you were a return cruiser for this reservation......I mean really....I have sailed with DCL 13 times already and never booked with a TA before (I originally booked with DCL and they had my CC number... then I switched the ressie over to Costco)....so, she noted that I again was a return cruiser and then she said OK, you should be able to book Palo online now....I was and did, but most of the times I wanted were not available....oh well....DO MAKE SURE THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE SAILED WITH DCL BEFORE, THAT THEY HAVE YOU DOWN AS A RETURN CRUISER..... :).

It was noted in my DCL website profile that I was a return cruiser and had my CC number listed, but I guess they do not cross check info in their database....

Oh, and Susan.....if you can't book shore excursions at the site...call 1-877-566-0968 and they can book them for you.....I tried to book shore excursions online today (after the call to DCL) and could book everything except shore excursions. I called DCL back and the rep on the phone booked me my shore excursions.
 
Hello!

The only trouble I had was that my TA did not list me as a CC member which was really frustrating since they have booked the cruises for me 3 times. Once I had that straightened out, I could get into everything. The only possible difference I can think of is that I did it really late at night (11 pm here on the West Coast). It did not take me long to get into anything at that time.

I used a Mac, with Safari, and it worked, but had better overall performance with Windows-based IE.
