Anybody had luck getting refund for CRT?

I know there were a few of us in the same boat- we prepaid for CRT and then added the dining plan. I have called twice to ask for a refund. Last CM said to call back if it wasn't showing on my online cc account in a few days. Well it's been way more than a few days and nothing.

I hate to keep calling. We are leaving this Friday and eating there the next Friday. Do I bring it up again at the check-in or what?

Did anybody else ever get their refunds?

when I wanted to change mine last May, they said it would take as long as "2 billing cycles" to show the refund on my credit card. So I left CRT on my CC and used the 2 credits to do Cali Grille on a different night. Don't know why it should take 6-8 weeks for the refund to show up, but that's what a CM told me...hope that helps.

I would mention it again at check in, just to make sure they ring it up correctly.

I always figured that the 2 billing cycles was to cover themselves in case it happened right after a bill comes, so it may take a while before you see it on a statement in the mail. But when you can check it online, you would see it before the statement is mailed.

I had hoped it would be refunded before we left so I knew for sure.
