anybody ever use ALC (Advance Liquid Concentrate)?

Hello. I ordered a bottle of ALC and my holistic provider gave me a sheet of some of the ways you can use this supplement. However, I understand there is a booklet available called something like "The complete Medicine Cabinet in a bottle" that list all of the way it can be used. I have surfed the web and cannot find anywhere to purchase it. Does anyone have it, or know where I can get one? I am interested to know what a recommended daily maintenance dose would be, and also what the recommended dose for the flu would be. Thanks!
