Strange question, I know.
My daughter has quite an extensive Disney princess snowglobe collection. We just realized that her "Once Upon a Dream" Aurora snowglobe appears to have an extremely slow leak. It has been sitting on a shelf for more than a year, and we just discovered a tiny pool of liquid under it. We have been watching it a few days now, and it is coming out so slow that you wouldn't even know except for a bit of moisture underneath.
I tried to take the bottom off to see what's happening, but after removing four screws I realized that the bottom is glued on very well. We bought this probably close to two years ago at The Disney Store, so I know I can't return it. But it is a fairly expensive one ($78.50 price tag, though I know we paid much less
), so I hate to just let all the water leak out or throw it away. I could tape up the bottom, but then all the liquid would just build up and ruin the musical parts. (so far, the music still plays fine)
Any suggestions on who could repair this? Or how to "rig" a repair myself? Thanks in advance!!
