Anybody else having Milesource trouble??

I'm not getting any credit for my clicking today, and when I look at my account details, there is nothing under click & earn and my total and the total on account details don't match :-(

And instead of saying "You have been awarded 1 mile" I get, "your free miles have been recorded"

I have been getting credit for my clicks, but I didn't get any of my referal credit from yesterday. My family is signed up under me, and I usually get at least 3 points from them, but nothing this morning.
 
I am having trouble with Milesource also. I'm not getting credit for any of my clicks. When I do them again it says that I have already visited that site.

I did get credit for 13 clicks but got that "your free miles have been recorded" message on several. The message placement was off, too. A couple of sites told me that I had already visited today, when I haven't. (Have only been doing Trivia & Lucky 7 for the past couple of days). Has anyone else noticed that the quiz is messed up again? I keep getting the "you have already answered this question" message. :(

I have had so many problems with this program lately, that I don't know why I keep doing it (or attempting to :rolleyes: ).
I cashed out for a supercert several weeks ago. Sure hope I get it.
 

Update for Sat., 7/27:

I noticed today, that I had better results using Internet Explorer than Netscape. On Netscape, practically all of the clicks wouldn't credit. But on Explorer, I could get about 2 out of 3. I also noticed that when that "your free miles have been recorded" message comes up, you can scroll down & get the regular message. If you put your cursor on the bottom edge of the banner and move it around near the message, it will turn into an "I" shape. When you get the I shape, if you click & hold & move it downward, it will scroll down & you will see the regular message. I tried clicking on this, and it credited me once out of about 6 or 7 tries. :( :( :(

Hope others are having better luck than I have today. :(
 
On Internet Explorer I had trouble too! It kept saying that I had either visited the site already, to try back tomorrow, or that my award miles had been credited, and there was a check mark next to it.:( Need every mile I can get!

I also was doing all my clicks and not getting credited last Friday. I e-mailed them and they said nothing was wrong, I should wait longer on each site, etc, etc.

I did my clicks this morning and all seemed ok. I will definately keep my eyes open (even more so) with them now.

I'm still not getting credit this morning, so I sent them an e-mail. Hopefully they will correct the problem soon!:(

I, too, e-mailed them and received a reply back this morning. Of course, they say that their tech dept. says everything is ok & there is no problem on their end. Then they suggested that I try different browsers such as Internet Explorer & Netscape and try accessing my account from different locations. Well, I had to chuckle a bit when I read that. In my e-mail to them, I told them that I had tried using IE, Netscape and AOL and had tried my account from my computers at home & work. Oh well, I guess I should be glad that they finally replied to an e-mail. It's too much to expect that they actually *READ* what I sent. :rolleyes:

Hope others are having better luck than I am today.

I received the same email as you!!! I too can't access my points using ANY browser, or ANY computer. They told me there weren't any problems on their end either. What a bummer!! What is going on? :mad:

that is what they always say when the are having tech problems.

I did not even bother to email.

I was not getting any credit today at all.So I just gave up.
