I dunno..something about dancing fish with hands doing MC Hammer moves just kind of..wierded me out. I watched it yesterday (borrowed it and the Incredibles from a friend) and it was just..too wierd for words.

No...I didn't find it "weird"..... not as good as Finding Nemo, but, I thought it was a pretty ok movie.....just watched Incredibles this weekend...that was better than Shark Tale.....definately a boy's movie!!

Heh heh heh..I loved Incredibles. DH watched it and thought it was so-so. I was like the kid at the end of the movie. That was totally wicked! :cool1: I didn't see it in theatres, so I didn't see what the big fuss was about at the time. Now I understand.

I took the kids and really didn't care for it myself at all found it a blah movie...now the Incredibles is just plain FUN!!!!!! my DD6 just loves this movie...I swore off buying any more movies but I might just have to eat my words and get this one...

Make sure that when you watch the Inc. that you watch the 2nd disk...Jack, Jack short film....we laughed so hard it is really cute!

Oh I did..I stayed up late Sat night (since I had Sun off) to watch all the behind the scenes stuff. I thought the JackJack Attack short was totally hilarious. I was laughing so hard the cat thought I was having a spaz attack or something and came running over, all freaked out. :rotfl:

Shark Tales was a woerd movie, even beyond the dancing fish with hands, there was something else, I think the trampy other fish that sort of was a bit bizarre. I guess Angelina Jolie can pullthat type of character off both real life and animated.

The Incredibles was great, took DD9 to the movie for her birthday with about 20 other kids , momentary lapse of reason, and they all enjoyed the movie. They were all girls and were truly entertained.

I loved that kid at the end "That was totally wicked!" :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: As for Shark Tale....after my first post and going back thinking about it....the only "strange" part to me was the "whale wash" :confused3

Shark Tale was odd but in a cool way(DBF agrees about Angelina Jolie)

I think Shark Tales was trying to appeal to adults and children but didn't get either quite right. The trampy fish and the Godfather storyline might have worked for adults but just didn't seem right for kids. I felt a little guilty having exposed my kids to it. We won't be buying the DVD.

We do have the Incredibles! Love it!
