Anybody been to Tahati? We're planning a Dec trip.

We're planning on flying into Papeete and staying on Moorea. Leaning towards the Moorea Hilton or Moorea Pearl. They've both received excellent reviews on Trip Quest.

Any feedback?

It was 20 years ago but we LOVED it! Papeete is nothing great(that airport was strange with a highway going through the runway!!)
We stayed at the Sofitel on Moorea and that was incredible. But even more amazing was the Hotel Bora Bora. We stayed in a deep overwater bungalow and it was heaven on Earth!
If I was only going to one island(besides papeete) it would be Bora Bora. Have a wonderful trip!!
Are you staying for 2 weeks? That's was a long flight for us from the East coast.
