Hi Im Drew. I'm from MI. My mother is glindamood. I will be 16 on the crusie. This will be my 3rd disney crusie and 4th overal witch being in alaska. I'm and active kid playing soccer and running track. I suggest that the teens start their own "thread" so we can get to know each other beter before the crusie.

I'm not a teen, I'm a grandma, but I know that on this thread there are at least 3 teens that are looking to chat with other teens. They use the name Fonzy, cutie, and jgrant03. If you hit the reply button and address it to them I'm sure they will contact you. I know they want to use the private message board to chat so we old folks won't know your plans!! Ha Ha.
Fonzy is my grand daughter and she has been trying to get in touch with other teens too. She has done one disney cruise so far. I think the other two are new cruisers. If you go way back on this thread you'll find their posts too.

Carol - that is SO cool! I tried to do that to my DH on the cruise last September to celebrate his 50th but I couldn't keep the secret. I would blow up (well, almost literally anyway) if I had to keep a secret like that. Since I talk about it almost daily, I don't know how I would manage. Please share with us how the "unveiling" goes.

8 MORE MONTHS TO THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Walmart travel yesterday to add the REAS to our package (as asurprise for DH) and I asked if she had any cabins left that they were selling and she said as far as she could tell there were only 50 or so cabins left!!

I was so tempted to book the Xmas cruise for 2006, the 10 day one, but you are actually one the ship for xmas. i would enjoy it but I don't think my parents and grandparents would. We are thinking about another cruise the same week but (ducking) on another cruise line. Yikes, I said it. We are not positive but I really hate the take the kids out of school especially if we have another hurricane season like we did last year. the kids had to make up 11 days of school foir hurricane days. We used to live in MD and had snow days, LOL never hurricane days. Xmas is always safe for us.

Anyone else sign up for REAS? Has anyone done the REAS before? I would love to hear about it.

Tami - I have never done the REAS package but have heard good things about it. DH would not enjoy the massage (especially if he knew what I paid for it) so I have never done it. There have been many posts on the general cruise board for people that have enjoyed it.

OK - the list went out this morning to the posters I had emails from. I also got 2 emails back because the addresses were not right so I corrected on the list and in my distribution and sent them out again. If you would like to be included I have added DIS name, real name (if available), ages of children, any special occasion (birhtday, anniversary etc) cabin number, dining time and email address. Any and all suggestions welcome. If you would like a copy of the list send me your info and your email address - if you don't tell me, your email address will be added to the list.

After taking a good look over the spreadsheet we have a lot of people on the cruise from this board. My daughters have been emailing another set of sisters, the same age so they can know each other before the cruise. They will be 6 and 9 when we cruise. My older daughter Brianna begs everyday to be on the cruise now. We all have to get a Disney fix in so we have planned a weekend in May to go to Disney. We will be staying in Coronado Springs Hotel (never been there) and will hopefully go to Mk and Epcot. We shall see.

Well off to read the boards.

Howdy,
It's a 3 day on Disney's wonder to Nassau and castaway cay. It will be a nice weekend. we have done it before. Can't wait to go again.
Guess I'm hooked on Disney cruising. This weekend we are going to catch up with the rest of the world and buy a digital camera. This trip will be a good learning experience with it before our 12/17 trip.

It's only been 5 so far, this will be the 6th and you will be on the 7th in Dec. In Nov 2006 grandpa and I will do back to back 7 day, Don't know if it will count as one or two. Now don't you wish you were coming out earlier than late summer to visit!!! Just kidding. I'll give you a call after we get back.

hows it going i havent been on lately b/c we have had some nice weather out so yeah istrated buying stuff for the cruise the other day. it was weird this week at the begining of the week we hit 85 degrees then it went down to 30 yesterday. well for people that dont no me im 15 but ill be 16 on the cruise i like football cars weight lifting and bmx well if any teens wanna im me i have aim my sn is ram2o07 well i g2g take care everyone c ya

Well, the numbers grow. DH & I and our DD (12) will be sailing with all of y'all. My parents will also be sailing with us. Between friends and family all sailing together with us, I think our group's numbers are close to to 20!! krhardy is part of our group. We sailed with her, her DH and two other couples last July for a 7 day Eastern. This Dec. cruise is still a surprise for our DD. We will tell her in August then she can join in on the teen chats

We are very excited about the cruise. Since we are homeschooling we are tailoring all our lessons to our ports of call, pirates , weather, sailing & oceanogrophy up until the crusie!! We are even taking scuba lessons as our PE! My dad is excited about trip, he loves to scuba GC and he is extra excited that his "Buddy", our DD, is gonna get to scuba with him!

DD is going to absolutely DIE when she finds out
1. We are going.
2. We get to go to Key West and more importantly - Margartiaville!
3. She gets to take her first REAL open water dives at GC and Cozumel

We are on deck 6 (forgot cabin #'s ) in veranda cabins. We will celebrate my birthday, it is on the 11th a week before sailing & my parents 43rd anniversary, it will be on the 22nd during our crusie! With so many other people going with us I'm sure there will be with things to celebrate. Let's see...we have late seating, don't think we have our rotation yet...oh, we will be the crazy group that dresses up silly every night at dinner. Last July we got applause one night..I think that was tropical night when the guys were dressed up in grass skirts and coconut bras!
