If you are going to sit at a table and take money, I would put that near the front. That way, it is easier to make sure nobody takes off with anything (it happens.)
I didn't sit at a table. I wore an apron. My Mom added zippers to the top. It was easier to help people and make change that way.
Make sure you take money in the house every so often.
Plan on stuff selling for less than what you mark it for.
Have good signs and an ad in the paper. People look for the ads, plan their routes and the experienced ones try to get their early.
