I've been reading that the new pool at AoA is going to be pretty nice, and with a DS who LOVES Nemo, it might be fun to hop over there to check out the resort and swim at the pool. Does anyone know if our DVC pool hopping privileges will extend to AoA?

I would like to know this too. We have pool hopped to every resort except All Stars. I would hate to leave one out :)

right now there is a fence around this pool - the other one doesn't have it.

so not sure.

I am going to guess no. Due to the fact that AoA rooms are going to be fitted with the new RFID resort ID keys and that the pool is going to be gated and you will need an AOA resort ID to get in the pool.

I was told that this is the hope for all pools eventually at Disney and all room locks.

It seems like every resort that opens has had restrictions.

No BCV, no AKL, no BLT.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this one added to the prohibited list.

think the worry is all the Pop guests trying to use the main pool at AoA.

that say it does not seem a whole lot different than the main one at Pop now?

I read a post that said POP guests will not be able to use the AoA pool.

let's hope they also do this for bus transportation

How could you possibly limit bus transportation?

Very easily, at closing time of the parks, for instance when shops and such at most resorts are closed, lets say SSR.

There truly is no reason for anyone coming from a park at closing to be going to SSR, unless they are staying there. Unless they are trying to get to their cars parked at Downtown Disney. :sad2:

Your card could be scanned on the bus or by a device at the pick up point.
