Any word on mask updates at Universal?

I know Covid discussions are taboo here but is there any talk in SoCal about LA reversing the indoor and outdoor mask mandate at Universal now that the state is revoking the mandate on 2/15?

The LA County Public Health Director has made clear that LA County is not making any near-term modifications to its mask mandate:

It's possible the balance of the votes on the Board of Supervisors could shift and they could override her, but I think that's unlikely.

It's worth noting that mask rules for mega outdoor events and theme parks like Universal could shift in the next week or two. LA county needs to be under 2,500 hospitalizations for a full week in order for masks to be rescinded and that countdown started on Wednesday.

If the mega outdoor rules are changed, at least that would mean an end to having to wear your mask outdoors the entire time.

Indoor won't be going away for a while...

I just checked the Universal website and it now appears only non-vaccinated guests are required to wear mask indoors.
