Any word on magicbands and comfort stations?

I have read that the fort will no longer offer KTTW cards at the end of January. Does anyone know if that means the comfort stations will now be able to be unlocked using your magic bands?

Now I don't know this area at all but I would ASSume it would be like the set up for laundry facilities at other resorts. You used to need KTTW cards to get in but now you just use your MB. Actually, when I was at POP in October, you could use KTTW or MB to get access to the laundry facility.

we were in a cabin this past December - 2200 loop- and the comfort station was just across the street from us. I used my magic band to get in and do laundry.
