I stumbled across them on CVS's facebook wall. They're like eSavers and Zavers for your store loyalty cards. CVS just joined up with them.
You add your store loyalty card numbers to your account and then choose your coupons from what they have available. The difference between them and eSavers etal. is that they rebate your coupon savings to you instead of it coming off your total at the register. Once you reach $5, you can request your refund by Paypal, echeck, amazon egift card or a donation to AmericanForests.org.
It looks like they are a spin off from Upromise. Has anyone signed up with them? Do they credit your account quickly? I know that with Upromise, it seems as if my credits are "pending" for a pretty long time. And how good are they about sending you your rebates?
