Any WDW restaurants you won't return to?

LOL!!!!!! Where's a girl supposed to eat? You all have basically listed every one of my picks for ADL's! Hopefully, I will have a better experience than you had. There's not much left to choose from! :rotfl2:

BUT I would say a very big "probably not" to:

Flying Fish - our meal here was just okay, and for the money I wanted an exceptional meal. Service was just okay, too.

Boma - we've given this one a couple of chances and the food is just not for us.

Rosie's (MGM) - gross.

Kiosk on the Boardwalk that sells chicken fingers - really greasy, DS was sick as a dog from eating here.

ANY pizza at WDW - avoid it, and no one will get hurt.

We're not very picky as far as CS goes, but it's hard to accept the bloated Disney pricing when the food is just plain inedible.

San Angel Inn

Liberty Town Tavern dinner (might try lunch)

Portobellos - used to be our favorite but food has really gone down hill

Captain Jacks

Possibly Le Cellier - extremely over rated, poor service and good food, but not great

WCC - we had fun, the food was good but it was a pain getting there and there wasn't anything that we really were wowed with.

ABC Comm at MGM - just so awful

LTT is pretty good for lunch. We especially love the crab cake appetizers  .

Chef Mickey's for dinner
Sci Fi
Rainforest Cafe @ DTD

Had terrible food & horrible service at all of these. Won't go back, even if free.

But I have absolutely loved every other WDW restaurant I have tried!!

We have had a bad experience at Fulton's(way over priced!!!), Coral Reef-it may be beautiful, but the food and service was not that great for the price and then Sci-Fi Dine-in at MGM-food was awful!!!!

We will not return to Sci-Fi and ABC Commisary. ABC was the worst counter service meal I ever had.

The only restaurant we've had a truly bad experience at was 'Ohana. We were extremely rushed, and it'll be a while before we go there again.

I was very worried about San Angel Inn after reading all the bad reviews, but we had a nice lunch there last week. The food was good for the most part, and the atmosphere is really nice. Service was only so-so though. It's going on the "not bad but no desire to come back" list along with 1900 Park Fare.

WCC for me. I would have had no problem with the lack of fun but out whole table had terrible food. I got the skillet and the meat was dry and had no flavor.

I would probably not return to LTT. It was okay but not worth leaving a better TS Restaurant out.

We always go there for lunch because of their cheese sticks.YUM:love: My husband loves the pot roast and he is the master of picky eaters and my son love the bacon cheeseburger. Don't give up on them, try lunch. You won't be sorry.:thumbsup2

I don't know now, it might have changed with the refurbishment and changes, but I said I would never go to 1900 PF again after 2 bad experiences. Both years eating there by the time I was half way done with dinner I was so naseaous (sp) I couldn't stand it. I never felt so sick to my stomach feeling, ever:sick: People say MSG can do that, I don't know what it was but yuck!
Also LTT, yuck!!!

Chefs De France. Service horrible. Food was very mediocre and cold.
O'Hana disapointed us on the last trip but we're fans and hope it was a one night thing.

Worried about Tony's Town Sq Cafe in the MK. We're booking that for our summer trip and so many have listed it as a no return.

Garden Grill- the service was horrid and slow and I thought all the food tasted processed.

Le Cellier- not that it's bad but I'd rather find someplace else to eat and leave the steaks to our great steakhouses in NYC.

WCC- I can't say I won't return there- because I have not been but i will never step foot in there. I am so against the hokey settings that I know so many (icluding my kids ) would love.

HollyH,

If you are looking for a great lunch at MK, try The Plaza !

:cool1:

I'm not much help...but the only place on my "no return" list is Jelly Rolls. Thought the place was a dump compared to piano Bars I've been to in the past (also didn't like the fact that its non Disney staff and management).

PS:rolleyes1 We liked San Angel Inn's- Pollo a Las Rajas so much that I ask for the recipe, and am going to make it for New Years eve :stir:

.

we us to like San Angel Inn, but after the last couple of visits, was very disappointed, it will be awhile before I go back there.

For us it is the Garden Grill! Eck! Our food was absolutely disgusting. The decor was cute (we were on the upper level and did not see a lot, but what we could see was neat) and the characters were adorable but those two things could never offest the horrible meal we were served. We would not go back... even if the meal was 100% free!

Le Cellier for us. We value atmosphere at Disney, and this place has none for us. Just like other several other steakhouses we've been to. Food was good, but service was sub-par as well.
