I'm cruising in October and want to be ready to rebook while onboard for our first 7 night curise. Is there anyplace to find out which cabins sleep 4 in cat. 8 & cat 6? Also, does anyone know if the reclassified cat 7's (7120, 7620...) sleep 4? We have invited GP's to join us but still want to have both kids in our room in case they cancel.

Sorry if this is posted alreday - I could not find anything.

Thanks for the help!

The DCL website does not show how many people sleep in each room. I have never seen that info. in print. The Passporter may have that info., but I seem to remember someone saying that the # of people per cabin was incorrect in a previous edition. The new one may be updated, however. I do know for certain that no Category 12 rooms will sleep four people. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Any one have a more conclusive answer?

The Passporter ( I have the 2nd edition) does have that info, however some of the Cat. 6's are listed as 3/4 because it couldn't be confirmed either way. Other than that, they are listed by cabin number. Cabin's 7120 and 7620 show 3 persons per room.

If you have questions about a specific cabin or group of cabins, I could look them up for you.

The other 2 reclassified Cat 7's (6134 and 6634) only sleep 3 also.

Thanks for the replies. I guess if I want fresh air (verandha), I'll be stuck with cat. 6. Thought I could save some $$ in a cat 7.
