Any way to get a discount for Portofino Bay?

OK, on the Dreams Unlimited site, it lists the rooms as starting at $240 per night (which is a little steep for me). Are there any ways to get a discount (like what Disney has with their AP rates, or DC rates)?
We are AAA members; do they give a discount for that?
Any help is much appreciated! We are planning on going in early July.

There are AAA discounts for Portofino in addition to Universal Studios Fan Club discounts and Entertainment Card discounts. You need to have the appropriate membership cards to obtain any of the above.

I'm also a AAA member, which works great for Disney resorts, but it didn't do much for Portofino! Therefore, I joined Entertainment club and got Portofino for $160/night. There are lots of posts on these boards about Entertainment club info if you need it!

Are the Entertainment Club discounts you received obtained through the Disney Club membership (which includes the Entertainment Club), or do you have to obtain a separate Entertaintment Club membership to get the discount rate at Portofino?

The DC Entertainment card isn't good on the Portifino.

You can also get a discount if you have an AP or are a Florida resident. The Entertainment card seems to have the deepest discounts.
