Any views on the proposals?

Hi all!
I finally received my proxy and I am ready to vote. I am following Roy Disney's advice on the director's part but I don't know how to vote on the proposals. Should I follow the Directors' recommendations, not vote on those since I am ignorant about this sort of stuff, or get advice from some of you?

Proposals 1 & 2 are similar to proposals on the proxies of many different companies these days. Most companies contract services/manufacturing to foreign suppliers. As long as those suppliers do not violate the rules of the country they are operating in, I see little benefit to stockholders to vote for those proposals.

Proposal 3...The proposal would be expensive to implement. Safety records are available upon request (according tot he company). But to reproduce and distribute those documents to stockholders (including many who own only a single share of stock) would be expensive and a waste of money (IMO). I followed the boards recommendations and voted NO on all stockholder proposals. And any major injuries are already widely reported both to the states AND through the media.
