any Vegas experts, re Balconies?

Cosmo has balconies, Signature at mgm has balconies, it's not directly on the strip, but connected to MGM with covered moving walkway.

This. We always stay in a 1 bedroom suite at the Signature. However, if they want to be right in the gaming center, this resort has no gaming or smoking in it. They'd have to walk through the "mall" area that links Sig to the MGM. The rooms are amazing and have the best beds and soaker tubs though. If you ask for rooms in the I think first tower then you can see the strip, otherwise the views can be obstructed much more.

OP here.

Thanks for all the ideas everyone! Now I want to go, too!!:cool2::rolleyes1

Anyway, here's their latest:

Cosmo looks awesome but too pricey. It's way over twice as much as the others for their dates.

The Luxor is in the running, but it's only a 3* star now.:confused3 It apparently needs work and updating.

Surprisingly, the Tropicana is now ALL new, gets great reviews, and is a 4*! (Who'd have thunk it? LOL :confused3) BUT, their balconies have now been renovated into big windows, which DO open however.

In first place LOL is the MGM Signature. Although my Aunt is worried about the long walk to the MGMs pool area. Although each tower has it's own, they'll want to use the Lazy River at the MGM.

Anyway, thanks all and please keep the ideas coming! (If there are anymore?! LOL)

:goodvibes

If your aunt doesn't like walking, I would suggest scratching The Luxor off the list. The casino floor is ginormous, think the entire base of the pyramid, and when we stayed there (when it first opened) you had to take certain elevators for certain floors. We would get to a bank of elevators and realize we needed the elevators all the way on the other side of the casino. I found it really confusing and difficult to navigate.

We booked Cosmo thru AAA and got an amazing deal. We have a very close friend who works at Cosmo and the deal we got was better then what her employee discount would of been. Check out AAA.
