Any Vegans just off Magic?

How was the selection of food, snacks, desserts? How were buffet choices? Dining room choices? Any thoughts?

As a vegan, you may have difficulty finding something on the menu in the dining rooms. There were several choices each night for vegetarians who do eat dairy and eggs. The server will ask if there are any dietary needs. However, I would let Disney know ahead of time you are vegan and what you do not eat so they can be prepared.
