Any UPS drivers out there?

Do some of your customers tip you around Christmas?

Do you expect it? (for example, if you have one particular customer who gets things almost every day and some of the stuff is real heavy, etc.)

I'm also wondering about this. I do nearly all of our shopping on the internet. I feel like I should get something for our wonderful mailman and UPS driver. I'm not sure about what they can accept, though

My Dh is a UPS guy and although he has gotten tips, we definitely don't expect it. Most of the tips come from businesses. They can accept cash, gift cards, whatever. Even if it's just a note to say thanks. You have no idea how hard they work. Especially this time of the year. My DH has the flu right now, but will work probably until 9:00pm like he has for the past week. It's very nice of you guys to remember them at thi time of year. We usually get our mailman a gift card for Waldenbooks/Borders.

Do you know if there is a set limit on the amount that they can accept for a gift? Would a $20 or $25 gift card to Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts be OK? I know that we had a $$ amount limit to what we could accept from vendors at my old job. I don't want to get anyone in trouble.

Not that I've every heard. Hang on I will call DH and ask.

I just wanted to say thanks to all of the UPS drivers out there. I can only imagine how hard you guys are working during the Christmas season. Thanks for all you do.
