Any update on Emtional Whirlwind or Jessie Carousel?

Have they released any updates on anticipated opening for these two rides?
The last update for Jessie I can find is May 2018 and Emotional Whirl Wind in June 2018 update.

Following because I have an almost 3-year-old I'm going to have to entertain in California Adventure all day in late April. Even getting just the carousel going by then would help us out a lot! Otherwise we'll be living it up on the Golden Zephyr, Monsters Inc, Carsland rides, Ariel, maybe Mickey's Fun Wheel of Death , and... oh, that's it. I guess she can go on TSMM too, but that's an early-in-the-day one (because that line is not conducive to little ones either) that I remember being a little intense for that age. I'll have to keep a hold of her with all the spinning. We will miss It's a Bug's Land this trip!

Maybe I'm overestimating the time it takes to pull thongs together, but in the last update I saw about the Emotional Whirlwind, they were just laying conduit. That was maybe a week ago? I mean, I understand that they will basically just drop the re-skinned ride in the spot, but it still seems like it will be a few months...

But I expect it will be open by June, since they will want rides in DCA to be ready for SWGE's opening day to absorb some crowds.
