Any Update on Beach Club Villa Renovations?

Has anyone heard any further information on the refurbishing at the Beach Club Villa? Has it actually started? What floors if any have begun? Does any one have any actual pictures? Is it being delayed, if so, why? We are planning a trip for October 27, 2015 and am wondering whether or not we will getting an old, or a refurbished, studio?

There are several threads on the DVC resorts forum that indicate the BCV rehab has been postponed to sometime next year.
