Any United Mileage Plus Members???

I was wondering if anyone here used Mileage plus rewards to purchase MYW tickets using airmiles with them??? It doesn't say on their website and they're only open M-F to call and get the right info.

Fingers crossed, this would save us a bundle if we could use airmiles!

I have no idea if UA does this with MP, but AC does with Aeroplan and conventional wisdom is that it is a very poor use of miles.

This is from Aeroplan, not MP. I contend that this is a poor use of miles, using this example. Total cost for a 7 day park hopper ticket is about $278 according to www.mousesavers.com.

35,000 miles would buy a return ticket to Hawaii or the Caribbean, which would cost significantly more than $278
