Obviously WW from anywhere are welcome to reply tho!

I used to go on the WW message board quite alot, but lately they have become really negative and there are alot of arguements there. You all seem really friendly and encourage each other tremedously, so I reckon this is the place for me

Sorry but I'm not on WW I just wanted to say hi.
I try to keep within 1200calories a day and try to eat healthy food choices.
Everyone is really friendly here and really positive about things. I've been here since around the beginning of September 2003.

Not - not on WW - just doing my own thing and down about 10lbs so far.

I am not from the UK, I live in Italy and I am doing WW. Welcome to WISH, there are lots of other friendly WW here so come by often!
