Any Tricks on ADR phone system?

I got on the phone at 7:00 am this morning and although I answered all the questions properly I still got a CM that was booking ressies sooner than the 90 day people. What am I doing wrong? I'd like to get connected to the right people right away, and not have to talk to a CM and get told that I'm not talking to the right place. Any help or tricks that I'm not doing or what am I doing wrong?

We didn't have a probelm this moring. First we had to say not to V&A, then I think reservations. Not sure what else but the prompt said we are booking throught 8/25.
When you got the wrong person were they able to transfer you to the right one?
 

I had no problems at 7:00 today. The prompts had changed from when I called last week for a trial run. All we had to do today was say reservations, no for V&A, and press 1 for 5/17 thru Aug. 25. I got all of mine done within 20 min. Had the greatest CM (Edith). All the times I wanted were available expect had to change to earlier at Le Cellier. Booked Le Cellier first even though it is our last dinner. We got:

Rose & Crown
Biergarten
1900 Park Fare
Prime Time
LeCellier
Tappan Edo (lunch before leaving)

I noticed that the prompts had changed too. I had done a trial run last night and then this morning it didnt ask the "english 1/spanish 2" it just said press 2 for spanish. Then it ask "if I want V&A". Then it ask what I was calling for, I pressed 1 for reservations. No more question "are you calling from Florida", no more "have you been to Disney since 2007" or "Have you been more than 5 times". So for those that haven't made their ressies should do a new trial run and check the prompts since they have changed. Good Luck.

Oh yeah, and I have read on the boards that the on line system is suppose to be open for everyone tomorrow. My CM this morning said that tomorrow the on line system is only opening up for travel agents and it won't be open to the public till they work out more kinks after the travel agents work on it for a couple weeks.

Who knows if that is accurate, I guess we will see.

I dont know if I would want my dining reservations in the hands of my TA.
Suppose if what I want is not available-- I would have to wait til they get back in touch with me to make other choices-- by then my other choices might be gone.

I guess I would have to tell her the name of the place and a dining preference of hours-- sci fi-- between 11:30 and 1pm???
 
Actually I called the Disney Dining # I got of the www.waltdisneyworld.com web site and had the same thing happened. She transfered me, and I lost valuable time (this was on my 90 day mark). She gave me this number to call - its different than above.

At the end of answering all the questions it asks you to press #1 if your dates are between the date you are calling and the 90 day mark.

Also - try calling at around 6:58am Eastern time.
 
Choose reservations as that is what I did today and got right through. Start trying at 6:59 and just keep hitting redial because it clicks over very quickly.
Try your hardest reservations first and then fill in from there.
