Any trick for cancel (and rebook) park resrvations?

Hi

Olaf's error keeps showing up when I try to see my park reservations .. (want to cancel and book in another park)..

I have tried deleting history, cache, mobile, computer but nothing seems to work..

I can call but the waiting times seem crazy..

Any other trick I could try pls?

That happened to me- I used my sons iPad- which has my account and it worked.

I've found using Firefox works best for me when dealing with Disney's site. It doesn't seem to like Chrome very much.
