Any tips for OLd Key West (OKW)

We are going here in a few weeks. Booked with VH and staying in a studio

Should I e-mail and request a specific building?

Do I get proper plates and cutlery in the room?

What's the on site food like?

Anything else you guys want to share, so I get the most out of this resort?

I'm so excited....... not ling to go now and never stayed on site before.

Personally, I'm not so keen on the Miller's Road section, but we've never had what I would call a 'bad location', just some more to our taste than others

Studios used to provide only paper plates and plastic cutlery, but I know there has been some discussion lately about changes, so it may now be different.

We quite like Olivia's restaurant, although it's not a 'must do' for us. Goods to Go serves fries, chicken strips, etc. When we have a car we sometimes take a quick trip to Port Orleans Riverside food court
