Any tastey low fat recipes?

Hi All,
Has anybody got any low fat tastey recipes to share please?Savoury or sweet.
My repertoire is limited and Im getting bored.

take a chicken fillet and put cuts in it.in cuts place peperoni.then coat over top with philydelpha cheese(if want fat version use chedder cheese)then just cook in oven think 25 min
