Any tall women out there?

Luckily stores have gotten better about stocking larger sizes, but for some reason they sell out first, too! I end up getting a lot of my shoes from Newport News (newport-news.com). They have cute shoes at really reasonable prices, and they usually go up to size 11.

Are their sizes right on? I am always worried about buying shoes online because usually I fit a 10, but sometimes I need an 11 (because as you said, there aren't 10.5.)
