Any table for 12 in Disney Wonder?

I read somewhere in the Forum that there are big tables that could accommodate up to 14 people.

We are going with 2 families and would like to reserve a table of 12. However, I asked 3 times and every time Disney responded that they did not have such a big table.

Any clues?

Hmmmm. We've been seated at a table for 12 on the Magic.

Disney will only guarentee up to 8. I'm guessing there are not a large number of tables for 12 and they save these for individual parties travelling in the higher categories. If there aren't any such parties, then they will try and accomodate you. The table we were at last time was designed for 8 but they manipulated it to seat 9 for us.

I would be very disappointed if Disney is really reserving the tables for 12 for people in the "Higher" category because I thought every one is equal in Disney Wonder!

We had a table of 16 last New Years....and the table next to us was 14 - we were a BIG family group!

No offense, but I highly doubt that. Disney does not discriminate based on what Category you purchase.

In fact, when we were seated at a table for 12, it was 4 different families total --all of which didn't even know one another before the cruise. We were all in categories ranging from CAT 5 - CAT 11 AND it was a 7-day Christmas cruise, therefore making it a quickly-booked and sold out date.

When I went in June, we were a party of 10 and they sat us all together. Just make sure your reservations are linked and I'm pretty sure they will accomodate you. They do try to do their best on things like that. They might not guaruntee it to you, but I would not worry. WORST case senario they would put you at 2 tables next to each other.
