Hello all! I am new to the board and have a question. My son is really into drawing and animation. Does anyone know of any tours or anything that might be available where he can see how the animation is done?
Thanks for any suggestions!!

By the way, our first family trip to Disney will be in July. Cant wait!!

Welcome to the DIS board! There is an animation tour in MGM that's free. There also used to be a dine with an artist option that you can pay for, and there could be some other paid tours. I just wanted to bump this up for you.

The paid animation tour has been discontinued. However, there is a wonderful attraction at MGM Studios called The Magic of Animation. Make this a must see if your son likes to draw.
The dining option that was mentioned in the previous post is called Dine With a Disney Imagineer. This could be an artist, or it could be a developer, or just about any other designer for anything in WDW. http://allearsnet.com/din/dine_imag.htm
