Read, listen to music (get a new CD just for the trip), journal (about your trip=great memories to read later), take a deck of cards, take a nap (so that you are full of energy when you get there), get some Disney maps and plot your course for the parks...
These are some of the things that my kids did during our flight...
Hope this helps...
Like the previous poster said... listening to CDs,,, if you have an ipod or laptop you could watch a movie. Take a couple 'cool' magazines that you may not otherwise read. (do they still make Tigerbeat? )
Get out your maps of Disney and prepare an itinerary, or strategy.
Deck of cards can pass many an hour.
One thing I can suggest you NOT do.... Play peek-a-boo with a child sitting next/beside you at the beginning of the flight... they seem to beable to keep up this game much longer that some would like....
Last of all....rest so you can enjoy your WDW vacation! Have fun!!!
what about bringing a game boy with you if you have one? two sites i like to use with my kids are intercot.com and mousesavers.com they usualy have fun tips and things on there to read etc. maybe get a book of cross word puzzles if you like them . my teen daughter likes those teen magazines with the cute boys in them so i sneak her a few before a trip .one fun thing i had was a 20Q game they sell them at walmart for under $20 . at walmart they have small pads you can play hangman on , tic tac toe etc. We even use them in the rest when we are waiting to be seated or for our food.id also check the local or school libray i am sure they have ideas you can use too have a fun and safe trip !
