JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MANY OF US ARE DVC MEMBERS?

I was raised in Staten Island. My parents moved to Joisy when I was in college and here I have been since.

My "new-yawka" handle comes from my being born in Queens and raised in Staten Island (from age 3 to 19).

I'll always be a Staten Islander!

I'm from Staten Island. We live in Oakwood. We are native Staten Islanders. My parents, who are also DVC members, were born and raised here. Two of my friends who also live in Oakwood are DVC members. We should do a DVC meet on S.I. sometime. I also know of 2 other S.I. families who are DVC members.If you're from this side fof the Island, one family has a liscense plate DVCmbr99. I see them around all the time but don,t know them.

Hey we live in Great Kills!! We are originally from Oakwood and New Dorp. I am gonna look out for the license plate! A few DVC members work in the Disney Store in the SI Mall. They are so helpful whenever we have questions. Any more Staten Islanders out there??

DW was raised in Great Kills. We lived behind the mall for the first two years of our marriage, but have since moved to the Hudson Valley. DW's whole family is still there so we visit quite often. I was just there this weekend getting my taxes done. That accident on the Goethels bridge was a nightmare.

I am DVCMBR99 - Blue Ford Explorer. We live in New Dorp. Beep next time you see the truck! Usually my DH drives it during the week and I drive it on the weekends.

AOPI57 are you friends of Anna and family? Are you going on the August trip to OKW?
We are having dinner at Olivia's on 8/22 (drinks before at the Gurgling Suitcase - maybe we will see you there.

We will be at BCV 8/20 - 8/23 and then off to VB till 8/28. Then we are going on the Magic.

Would love a Staten Island DVC get-together!

MIkesmom88- Yes, I'm Anna"s friend. We'l be at OkW wth them Aug. 22-27. Then we'll do 3 nights at Shades of Green. Then we head over to St. Augustine to move my son into his dorm. We've done 2 Magic cruises with Anna and family. Is this your first? We're planning another in summer 2005. Just waiting for the dates to be released. Looks like we'll finally get to meet! Would love a DVC meet on S.I. Love Disney Vero. My mom has a house near there so even if we aren't staying there we always stop in.
